Today, we launch our new look and our new website.

It’s the latest development in our business as we continue to build our market share and help more people move homes.

And it comes as we continue to make busy start to 2024 with houses continuing to sell quickly and at great prices – and new instructions also coming through the door regularly.

We’re proud to be one of the leading estate agents for Carlisle, Cumbria and the Borders. We’re proud of our team and the 40 years and more of experience we have between us buying, selling and letting homes and managing houses for landlords.

Since Gillian and I joined BPK at the end of 2022, and teamed up with Eddy, we’ve been delighted with the reaction from clients.

They love our managed service and the fact we don’t just leave them to it when an offer comes in. We keep across it proactively to make sure the sale keeps progressing. No-one wants it to take longer than it needs to so our view is simple: we can help make sure it keeps moving so you can get moving.
